Challenge the kids to Water Wars, a water balloon catapult game. Stretch your legs on the shuffleboard court, and let the kids unwind on the playground. At the end of the day, enjoy a "moonlight and mallows" experience around the fire, along with a scoop of gourmet hand-dipped ice cream.
