At WAC, we are all about results. With 24-hour secure access, you can come to the gym whenever your schedule allows. The cardio, strength, and functional training equipment are available to use at all hours. During the day, members can work with a certified personal trainer or participate in a group training class. Personal training and small group classes are a main focus at West Conshy Athletic Club because it allows us to tailor our fitness expertise to individual member levels and abilities. We offer 30- or 60-minute one-on-one, buddy, or small group training with one dedicated trainer.
