highly recommend joining the kickboxing world! high intensity workouts, bag rounds, stretches, and great music! what else could you ask for! motivating instructors, always pushing us to do our best!

i love the atmosphere and the high intensity workout. the instructors are awesome and very knowledgeable. they make you feel so comfortable and are always checking to see if your form is correct to avoid injury. i wish i had started sooner!

i originally signed up with my boyfriend. a year later i am still going. i was hooked. i feel stronger every day. excellent workout with continuous challenges. the instructors are awesome, helpful and motivational. these classes are good for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. it makes a difference and you'll feel great.

this is the best wirkout ever!! i can not believe how much i enjoy going and working out at ilkb! i've done the gym thing and it got dull and repetitive. but at ilkb the workouts are never the same, the instructors kinda make it us as they go. so you know you wont get burned out by doing the same thing every time, because it's not gonna happen. i must admit the first 15minutes are tough, but once you get threw that you are golden! look into it and get your consult scheduled you won't regret it!

i’ve been going to the richardson ilkb location since june 2019 and i absolutely love it! my mom and i have a marital arts background but we wanted something more cardio heavy and to help us tone up. the 1 hour workout you get here is literally the most intense hour of your life every single time. i immediately started seeing a difference in my physique and kept coming back for more. the instructors here are great and keep you motivated throughout your workout. being part of the ilkb family is something i brag about to everyone! i’ve even referred a few friends over and they’ve gotten the groupon to come take classes with me. can’t recommend this studio and it’s instructors enough!
