my fiancé and i are new customers to premium water. my doctor recommended getting some alkaline water because it's safe for my current pregnancy. i gotta say hands down the best water we've had! it's really easy to drink and i love the fact that the staff sends videos you can watch about the benefits of the water. premium water is the best! always great customer service and great water! would definitely recommend it!

had a water softener system installed in the garage and premium water installed in the kitchen. always prompt and excellent communication from the owner. the installer was very knowledgeable and professional and also very patient, especially since our situation was a little tricky. my brother had his systems installed 5 years prior and they have always come by to help check up on things when we had questions/issues. highly recommend premium water!

john came to install the water softener and also the water purifier. john was by far the best and pleasurable installer that i have ever had when getting anything installed. he ran into some issues as i have an older home and corrected everything on the spot. most installers just do their job but john went above and beyond. i am so grateful to have had john.
