I decided it was time to get my hearing tested. I was apprehensive about what I’d be dealing with. I decided on Empire Hearing and Audiologist in New Hartford. I was met with a very kind and smiling receptionist, Corrine. I was tested by Wendy who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I then spent time with Tom who explained my options, again in a knowledgeable and helpful fashion. Upon deciding this was what I needed, I finished up with Wendy who has stayed with me and helped me find the right hearing aid. I can’t say enough about this place and it’s professionals and highly recommend Empire .
