i was extremely satisfied with my experience. erich quickly troubleshot my auto electric problem and only changed the battery. i was convinced the alternator was broken, but he determined it was fine. a dishonest mechanic might have changed the battery and alternator, but erich saved me money by only changing what was necessary. it was very refreshing to experience repair work done the way it should be done.
