Westchester ENT provides comprehensive care for a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions. In his conveniently-located Central Avenue office in Hartsdale, NY, board-certified otolaryngologist and skilled head and neck surgeon Aaron Spingarn, MD, specializes in diagnostic testing services and customized treatment plans for patients of all ages in and around Westchester County, NY.

Dr. Spingarn takes an individualized approach to treating all conditions involving the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck, such as pain or discomfort in the ears, nose, mouth, throat, and other areas in the head and neck region; respiratory and food allergies; difficulty with balance, hearing, breathing, swallowing, smelling, tasting and snoring; and treatment or removal of lesions involving the skin or under the skin of the head and neck. As part of the pediatric ENT and adult ENT services offered at Westchester ENT, he designs individualized treatment plans using medications, lifestyle changes, and minimally invasive office procedures whenever practical and also offers standard surgical operations under general anesthesia such as nasal and sinus surgery, when necessary.

Comprehensive services are available for many conditions, including at-home sleep apnea tests, for snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. Dr. Spingarn offers nonsurgical solutions like mandibular advancement devices to improve breathing and sleep quality. He also uses minimally invasive techniques such as palatal implants and minimally-invasive nasal procedures to treat breathing obstructions and reduce loud snoring.

The onsite audiology staff uses state-of-the-art technologies for newborn and adult hearing screenings in order to identify hearing loss in patients of all ages. These technologies also help Dr. Spingarn evaluate the causes of ringing in the ears, ear discomfort, dizziness, and vertigo.

In addition to comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care, Westchester ENT offers nonsurgical aesthetic services to address wrinkles, fine lines, and other age-related skin flaws of the face and neck.
