I started in real estate 18 years ago when I bought my first three rental properties. An elementary school teacher at the time, real estate investment became a passion and an additional source of income.

In 2004, I received my Real Estate Sales License and began working with Prudential Realty. I quickly realized that as a Realtor, there is nothing better than helping others with what I love to do!

Experienced in real estate sales, investment, and property management, I achieved my Brokers License in 2014. I now manage The Jim Blake Homes Team with REMAX Gold. Work ethic, dedication, open communication, strong negotiating skills, and a firm understanding of the buying and selling process are what I promise to bring to the table for each of my clients. My goal is to provide every buyer and seller that I work with an excellent customer service experience that will last far beyond the close of escrow.

When not knee deep in Real Estate, I love spending time with my wife and 4 children. We enjoying doing just about anything!
