This place is fun, full of support and knowledge. It is clean, and has tons of classes that will help everyone be able to get in and have some fun while getting healthier!

I saw a promotion for a free class and went out on a limb and tried it. I have never kickboxed before and I'm really glad I tried it! I was so nervous leading up to my first class but the staff was so friendly and helpful. I ended up becoming a member after my first day!

You'll be hooked after trying your first class. The instructors are motivating and make sure that everyone keeps working hard. Each class is structured the similarly but the music and whole body workout are different. It keeps the classes fresh and fun! They even do a DJ night! Find the web-specials and try it for yourself, you won't regret it!

I was looking for something new and challenging so I decided that I would try Kickboxing. I was hooked from the very first workout. The staff is absolutely outstanding. If you haven't tried kickboxing, I highly recommend it!

Great atmosphere, instructors are amazing. Made me feel very welcome on my first day. Other members were friendly and facility was spotless. Can't wait for my next class!
