I am a fully qualified approachable and compassionate counsellor working in Chichester, West Sussex. I offer one-to-one sessions and also online counselling. In addition to being a counsellor, I am a Shamanic Reiki Master.I draw upon a wide skills base in order to match the therapy to my clients. I have wide experience of working with both young people and adults within a variety of complex presenting issues. I am able to quickly forge a therapeutic rapport with my clients and offer a high level of insight.
