KISCO Corp. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture, processing and marketing of steel products. The Company mainly produces reinforcing bars used at construction and civil engineering sites and serving as key building materials for bridges, buildings, nuclear power plants and others; forged steels for shipbuilding, general equipment and others; steel pipes, including carbon steel pipes for ordinary piping, fuel gas piping and pressure services, and carbon steel tubes for general structural purposes, as well as others, such as billets, ingots and industrial gas. The Company was engaged in the energy related business, which manufactured silicon thin-film batteries used in photovoltaic generation area. On April 3, 2012, the Company suspended the operation of its photovoltaic division.
