Dongbuka No. 12 Ship Investment Company (the Fund) is a Korea-based investment fund engaged in the ship building market. The Fund aims to make a profit for investors by investing in a vessel through its subsidiary HIGH SPEED 6 SHIPPING COMPANY S.A. The Fund was created to acquire a container weighing 4,700 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) built by Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd in 2008. The vessel has been chartered to Hyundai Merchant Marine Co., Ltd. for 15 years from the point of delivery. The investment manager of the Fund is Korea Marine Fund Corporation (KOMARF) and the custodian company is Korea Development Bank (KDB).
