DCM CORP. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of steel plates. The Company operates its business through two divisions: laminated color steel plate division and industrial film division. Its laminated color steel plate division produces high glossy, embossed, wood grain, deco pet, reflector and other types, which are used as interior and exterior materials in ship and construction areas, as well as out cases for home electronic appliances. Its industrial film division provides ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) films, which are used for polycarbonate sheets, high glossy sheets, stainless sheets and aluminum sheets; functional films, which are used as labels for polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles and shopping bags, and masking films, which are adhesive protective films. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had one affiliated company, DORIM Corp.
