DAEHAN FLOUR MILLS CO.,LTD is a Korea-based company engaged in the flour milling industry. The Company manufactures wheat flour, including all-purpose flour, bread flour, cake flour and others used for making cakes, pizza, breads, snacks and various fried foods. It also provides premix flour used for second processed foodstuffs in homes, bakeries and bread manufacturers by mixing raw materials, such as wheat flour, various grains, milk fats and various ingredients, as well as pastas. The Company mainly provides its products under the brand name of Gom pyo. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had five affiliated companies, which were mainly engaged in the manufacture of animal drugs and animal feeds, provision of harbor loading and unloading services, and sale of imported wines. On April 27, 2012, the Company acquired a 100% stake in BONAVIE, engaged in the restaurant business.
