It also engages in the indoor interior business and real estate rental business. In addition, it is engaged in the financial value added network (VAN) business. On July 5, 2011, the Company acquired 100% of FKM Co., Ltd., a Korea-based ATM manufacturer. On October 17, 2011, the Company spun-off its financial VAN business. On January 31, 2013, the Company acquired 90.0% stake of Sewon Co., Ltd, a Korea-based manufacturer of gas filter.
