Pyung Hwa Holdings Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based holding company mainly engaged in the management of its subsidiaries. As of December 31, 2012, the Company had six subsidiaries: Pyung Hwa Industrial, which is mainly engaged in manufacture of automobile hoses; PAVCO, which is engaged in the manufacture of anti-vibration products for industrial and automobile uses; Pyung Hwa Oilseal, which is engaged in the manufacture of oil seals, o-rings diaphragms and others; Pyung Hwa Ki Gong, which is mainly engaged in the manufacture of automobile press and machined parts; Pyung Hwa CMB, which is engaged in the manufacture of industrial and automobile rubber products, and Pyung Hwa ENG, which is engaged in manufacture molds such as of rubber, press, plastics and other molds.
