You can be sure that the all our phone models are brand new as our mobile phone & tablets are in sealed packing direct from local distributors unless specify from one of the Singapore major telcos.
Customers are allowed to check the phone to ensure working conditions & free from any defect before leaving the shop after purchase.Any manufacturer defects & we will change immediately to another new handset without any questions ask.
In case of any issue, they can bring the handset to respective service centre as all our mobile phones are covered by 1 year manufacturer warranty(unless stated *export set* which has no local warranty) from respective agent by Apple, Asus, Oneplus, Nokia, Samsung, Huawei, LG , Xiaomi and Used Phones.For service centre location, you can find them on each respective brand official Singapore website.
