Chianti is a region in Tuscany famous for its delicious red wine, also named Chianti. The same name was given to a cosy and welcoming Italian restaurat located at the heart of the city, just off Nowy Swiat St. The interior is a small piece of Tuscany in Warsaw, full of fragrance of olive oil and herbs. On the walls are photographs of Tuscan landscapes: fishing ports and charming cottages. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings there are live Italian music concerts. It is a friendly place for the lovers of Italian cuisine and lifestyle. On the menu are delicious antipasti, salads, home-made pastas and the best wines. The dishes are prepared according to the recipies of Carlo Innocenti. The restaurant does not serve pizza. Chianti offers two rooms, each for 60 people. Organized patries are welcome.
