Quick Brown Box specialise in the urgent manufacture and delevery of custom made boxes and can provide same day delivery. If you need custom-made boxes or the right sized box quickly - we can help! We'll work with you, to give you the right advise or product, even if it means directing you to another business.Our specialized machinery is designed for small to medium runs. This means no set-up costs, and samples can be made in minutes. (We don't use a diecut process, avoiding the need for costly dies.) Most of the time making a box simply requires typing in the dimensions cutting the board to the required size slotting and gluing.You will need to provide the following:? Quantity? Internal dimensions - length, width and height? Approximate weight of contents? Use for boxesProductsRSC (Regular Slotted Carton)These are probably the most common type of carton. They are easy to put into shape and closed by taping or gluing top and bottom flapsFOF RSC (Fully Overlapping Flap, Regular Slotted Carton)This style is similar to the RSC but the top and bottom flaps overlap, providing more layering for strength and cushioning. This style suits large flat objectsHSC (Half Slotted Carton)Like the RSC but with no top flaps, i.e. open. These are often supplied with lids - with another HSC or tray type, allowing the box to be easily opened or closedTRAYLike the HSC, but often used when a low height is required. They can also have a lid - another tray made slightly larger. Trays can either be supplied flat or made up5PF (5 Panel Folder)These are often used when the product contained needs to be carefully arranged before closing up the box. The product is placed on one of the panels and the 5-panel folder is folded up around it and taped or glued. When the product is generally flat, we can prepare the 5-Panel Folder so that the lid tucks into the base for a more presentable lookDIVIDERSThese are used to create compartments within a box, or other like container.
