I believe that there are three aspects that go into living well and healthfully. These include physical, social, emotional and environmental areas. I think it's important to consider each of these areas when making changes in your life because if you try to improve just one aspect at a time, you're likely missing out on better results elsewhere too! Therefore, it's worth considering overall nutrition as a treatment option alongside therapy for those who suffer from mental or physical ailments - such as high blood pressure for example. It's also worth noting that making changes such as switching up one's diet can result in truly significant improvements in well-being and thus quality of life - e.g., increased energy levels or decreased likelihood of developing certain kinds of cancers!
