If I could, I would give this business six stars for excellent service. Our entry door and gate door locks both needed attention. John, the owner, quickly fixed the gate lock. The entry door lock is a 1970s top-of-the-line Schlage that is no longer manufactured or supported. It is an intergraded three part, two bolts with a spinning knob system. One cylinder was defective. Initially it appeared that we were in for an expensive new locking system. However, John is a clever and skilled locksmith. He surgically removed the defective cylinder and transplanted another cylinder fixing the problem. John is a Master Locksmith saving us many hundreds of dollars.

Fast, professional, and inexpensive. Called them after hours and technician was there in 45min. Highly recommend.

I was locked IN my office and had no way of escaping when I called the main line. I got John, He he talked me through the steps needed to remove the latch (with the help of some photos that he asked me to send to his cell phone). This guy is awesome and likely saved me a lot of money. I am adding him to our preferred vendor list right away! Thanks John!
