In this renovation, a custom built-in was created to add storage and functionality to this large casual dining nook room. Also, we replaced the old flooring to this marble look a alike porcelain tile & added a modern glass table top & beautiful blinds.
This custom vanity was added in the master ensuite renovation to provide more storage & an independent make-up seating area with lots of lighting.
The master ensuite was expanded to create a double shower & add an air tub. The whole bathroom was redesigned & thought out for the family's needs & wants.
This spa-like double shower was custom built with 2 rain shower heads plus a hand bar shower with a seating bench, lighting and a full glass enclosure.
The single deep air tub was placed right by the windows to enjoy the great views when relaxing in it!
Added light behind the onyx tile to illuminate and create a healing shower.

Here is our happy trade partner after completing the installation of a new Maple curved staircase for a 20 year old home.
This 20 year old executive home needed a full interior renovation. In the front entrance, we design & installed a complete new staircase, finishes & chandelier.

The customer needed help selecting the interior finishes & with the design of a curved kitchen island to fit a wine bar, a second sink and an eating area for his new home.
A custom shower that was built in a basement development.
This condo was fully furnished and staged for owner to rent as a vacation home and for its future sale.
All furniture & decor was carefully selected to be look and wear great as vacation rental.
New furniture and decor were added to the dining room after putting a custom built-in wet bar to add more storage for wine glasses, table clothes and other entertaining items.

To update this room and keep the cost down, we kept the existing built-in oak shelves and stained them all in a dark brown and the Fireplace area was completely redesigned with a new maple mantle, columns, mosaic tile surround, slate hearth and added an electrical outlet for a wall mounted TV, plus beautiful stone and transitional top crown moulding.
The three storey "Paintbrush" show home was staged with a mountain feel-like furniture, decor and window coverings.
A full interior renovation was completed in 3 months. This is how the kitchen looked before.
All interior finishings of this bungalow in Mayland Heights were updated and brought upto todays code requirements. And the good news it is a great return on the client's investment and property value.
