Our team at Proactive Healthcare includes two physiotherapists, a chiropractor, a yoga teacher and a remedial massage therapist. Our physiotherapists have degrees in Physiotherapy and Exercise and Sports Science, and between them have a wealth of experience in treating everyone from professional athletes to elderly patients in nursing homes. Both our physiotherapists are members of the Australia Physiotherapy Association (APA). Our chiropractor has a Master´s in Chiropractic Science, and specialises in low back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain and headaches, along with pre-natal and post pregnancy management. He is a member of The Chiropractors' Association of Australia (CAA). Our yoga teacher has an Advanced Yoga Studies & Yoga Teaching Certificate, is a member of Yoga Australia (YA), and specialises in gentle and dynamic yoga practices for people recovering from injuries, improving their flexibility and strength, or simply dealing with stress. Our massage therapist has a Diploma of Remedial Massage as well as a Bachelor's of Management in Sport and Exercise, and specialises in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
