hola mi nombre es ariadna , tengo 27 años desde los 7 años que tengo sobrepeso, y siempre fue una tortura para mi, por muchas razones. durante mas de 3 años mantuve un peso saludable ya que realice una diesta con nutriccionista y ejercicio diario, creo que me asuste cuando me dijeron que podia llegar a ser diabetica si no me cuidaba.
despues entre en una gran depresion, ataques de panico, eso hoy lo tengo controlado con un tratanmiento psiquiatrico y obviamente con medicación, pero nunca pude recuperar mi peso y la autoestima. a veces me como todo lo que encuentro y otras nada. me gustaria tener una vida mas saludable no solo por mi aparaiencia sino por que no quiero enfermarme, aun no tengo bebes y quiero que cuaendo eso pase yo este sana completamente.
gracias. me gustaria saber como se manejan uds. si pudieran informarme, se los agradeceria.
