staff is great and makes you feel welcomed every time. about 9 months in and i have lost 40lbs! studio is always clean. instructors are always ready to give a good workout and to motivate us. everything about this place makes you want to go back for more!

i am hooked on ilovekickboxing classes! the staff is amazing, always super energetic, supportive, and encouraging! they are incredibly helpful and genuinely want to help you reach your fitness goals. i love that the classes are tailored to help you challenge yourself, but at the same time give you the freedom to go at your own pace. i feel stronger and more confident after each class! would definitely recommend ilovekickboxing to anyone looking to diversify their workouts in a fun and stress relieving way.

they said it would be addicting, and boy were they right! i started ilkb about 2 months ago and absolutely love it! i've always hated working out and have forced myself to do it, only because i have to, but i have never been consistent until now. i can honestly say that i don't feel forced to workout, instead i look forward to it at ilkb. if you haven't found a fun, exciting way to work out, i highly recommend ilkb dallas marsh lane. the instructors are all amazing! they're encouraging and motivating, and give you that extra push when you need it!

ilovekickboxing allows me to get a great workout from a great staff of people. as someone who rarely use to exercise, the classes are very fun, full of energy and non-intimidating to those at a beginner level. after a few weeks of joining, i've already started seeing the results i was after like slimming down and strengthening up. also, the tons of class offerings make it that much easier to fit in to my busy schedule!

i came across ilovekickboxing.com in search of something different and something that would challenge me. i remembered a friend of mine is a member here and she absolutely recommended it and said i would love it. she was right. i attended my first 6am class and man it was brutal, but i wanted more. the first 15 mins of every class never gets easy, but it's the push you need to get through your workout. the bag workouts are even better. at the end of the workout, you feel exhilarated...for me at least. i have been a member for a month now and i have seen some awesome results in just a short time. i wouldn't have been able to do it without the amazing instructors at the marsh lane location. they're all fun, friendly, super hyped and motivating. they push you to work harder without making you feel pressured to be perfect. you're always greeted with a smile. they are patient and make sure their students have good form to avoid injuries. the commorodery amongst the members and instructors is awesome and i've never been more encouraged or motivated to keep the consistency i've had. i live an hour away and i found myself waking up at 4:30 am to make it to 6 am class! the facility is clean there's enough parking! i know kickboxing sounds intimidating and you think you can't do it or people will look at me funny in class because i'm too weak or too fat. trust me when i say, this place is an absolute judgement free place!! people of all shapes and sizes. people of all skill levels. nothing put me more at ease than to see women my size have killer roundhouse and perfect pivots. it's such an inspiration and motivation. come on in and take a class, you won't regret it... i promise!

i love kickboxing (marsh lane mafia!) is no joke!! my husband and i joined about 2 months ago and we can't say enough about how much we love this place! i can't believe we didn't start sooner. the instructors are rockstars - not only are they great (and patient) teachers, they care about your wellness, push you to achieve your fitness goals and make sure you're having fun!! they have created a super high energy and supportive environment that makes my husband and i super excited to workout (which i have never said before :-)) there is every level of fitness and expertise on the mat and everyone is getting in a great workout and having fun! the class format stays the same for every class (so we all know the routine), but the workouts vary daily which makes each class exciting. the instructors keep the entire gym immaculate! they are constantly cleaning everything! i cannot recommend ilkb - dallas, enough!!

hitting those bags gave me a great release! this place is awesome and everyone rocks. high energy and support is what you get and the instructors are great. i recommend ilkb & the marshlanemafia to anyone looking for a transformation

ilovekickboxing! i really do. i went into this having no fighting experience at all. which is perfect cause there’s no combat, it’s just you and a punching bag. the music is loud and really sets the mood for learning to be a badass. the instructors are the best. the attitude they have is helpful and motivating. i’ve never had so much fun while burning calories and sweating like crazy. i truly feel like a member of the cool-kids-club every time i’m there.

ilkb-marsh lane is a great workout, a place to have fun and you become a family! i go to class 4-5 times a week, it is truly my addiction and i love the results that i feel and see!

i lovekickboxing has truly changed my life for the better. i started august 2017, the workouts don't get easier, each and every class i am challenged. i'm addicted to the classes and workouts, i even feel guilty if i miss 2days in a row. the instructors are simply amazing and extremely supportive they make coming to class that much more fun!
