i've done beginners kickboxing in high school and was always interested in kickboxing classes. i finally got a groupon, which was a really great deal. each class starts off with 15 minutes of hit, which can really kick your butt. next, you move onto the bag and either punch or kick the crap out of it. the last segment is partnering up with a neighbor. in between, there are two sections of stretching. i think it's a fun way to work out and it's super motivating for me. plus, you can get out all your frustrations on the punching bags!

i've been wanting to try out kickboxing for sometime after reading all these great reviews and hearing about it from my friends. i purchased a groupon for 10 classes and was hooked. sometimes they don't answer the phones but they do call you back or email within a day. i think that was the only hard part in making a first time reservation. the first twenty minutes consist of jogging, lunges, burpees, push ups, sit ups and basically anything high intensity. then a five minute stretch and then the rest of the class is kickboxing. we use the bag for a bit and before each routine the instructors gives a breakdown on how to do each punch/kick properly. the last part of class is partner work. the classes start very promptly and end on time. overall, it's a very fun way to exercise and all the instructors are great!

never been so happy to joung kickboxing especially in bayside the staff are so friendly and make you feel like you are part of the family! they push you through the whole workout!!! and make you get sexy tone body!!! which i have accomplished by loosing 10lbs in less then 3 month!! im now in love with kickboxing!!

i have been going to i love kickboxing bayside for over a year now, and it has been such an amazing experience. i'm athletic and have been exercising forever, but these classes have gotten me in the best shape of my life. the instructors are all super motivating and genuine, and take the time to get to know and talk to all of the members. it is a comfortable and supportive environment that welcomes all fitness levels. thank you ilkb bayside!

i just did my first class yesterday and it was amazing!! it was everything i had hoped for. i didn't realize how unfit i really was until we had to do the 15 min hiit and i was all over the place lol but punching the bag was the best. the instructors are really great at explaining and demonstrating the most effective techniques and are just super sweet overall. and the womans bathroom was a dream! they have showers and a little blow dryer like most gyms but they also had a little tray with hair and body products like spray deodorant for you to freshen up after class.. the best so far

seriously the best workout ever! i've been a member of i love kickboxing bayside and can attest to the skill, energy, and overall vibe of the studio and its staff. the studio is clean and creates the perfect environment for a collaborative, fun, and calorie burning class. the instructors are a fun, knowledgeable, and motivated group that teaches, inspires, and pushes you to improve on your overall fitness, kickboxing technique, and healthy lifestyle. regardless of what your goals are, i love kickboxing bayside will help you achieve them in a way that will keep you coming back regularly and feel better about your body, mind, and spirit! kudos!

at first i was a bit worried due to a tear in my upper left shoulder and figured that kickboxing might make it worst. i was wrong! kickboxing is helping me tone my arms without straining it. through these classes, i am able to transform my flabby arms into muscles. it is a high intensity cardio workout and a great way to tone your entire body within a given hour. you have wonderful instructors leading each kickboxing session with heart pumping music to keep you motivated. they have classes 7 days a week all day. i also love their facebook group page because they post about fitness tips, motivational quotes, inspiring stories, and special events. that is why i joined. i see fast progress in terms of losing weight and toning your body. it isn't easy, but you will find it rewarding once you keep coming to classes. you won't regret it if you're looking for a fun workout community. try it out!

i started ilkb about a month ago and couldn’t be happier with my new gym! the staff always comes in with a smile on their face and determination to help you succeed with whatever your fitness goal may be. i look forward to going to class after work and have made new friends in the process. definitely recommend to anyone looking to get fit!
